The current RBC Mobile app has a rather outdated and complex design which makes the mobile banking experience on the app sub-par. The problems are beyond just design-related, there are multiple usability issues and unaddressed user pain-points.
My Approach
Competitive Analysis to understand what other mobile banking apps are doing right. Incorporating user-centric accessible UX features to the existing app architecture. Addressing user pain-points based on surveyed user research.
